You probably don't know Brandon Day yet, but the guy is clearly not the smartest tool in the shed. After purging what we understand as an unsatisfactory penalty, he did this : 

Following the Vermette's saga, one could understand a simple rule in this sport : DON'T TOUCH THE REFEREES. 

Day will probably face the flames and fire of the NJCAA board and the Erie Community College saddened sighs. Until then, he should take a few minutes to think his actions through. In fact, he probably had a few minutes to spare when he rode the police car, since the SUNY Broome Police got called to take him away.
