Today, the Golden Knights are taking on the Chicago Blackhawks in the 3rd of 3 away games in 4 days. Vegas is 1-1-0 on this trip so far and will try to win 4 points out of a possibility of 6.

Marc-André Fleury had the opportunity to rest yesterday after a great shutout victory in Pittsburgh on Saturday, as his backup Oscar Dansk registered a loss in Philadelphia by a score of 6-2. Today, Fleury will be back in front of the Vegas net and will be looking to move up on the NHL's all-time wins list for a goaltender. He is currently tied with Terry Sawchuck and could move to the 7th rank behind Henrik Lundqvist with a positive result today.

After being called up from the Chicago Wolves on Sunday, Nicolas Roy will still have to wait to get his debut with the Golden Knights. He will be a healthy scratch for a second game in row along with Nicolas Hague. The lineup should stay the same as it was for the last 3 games aside from the change of netminders.

Here is the projected lineup for the Vegas Golden Knights in prevision of tonight's matchup against the Chicago Blackhawks according to NHL,com correspondent Scott King:

Forwards:

Jonathan Marchessault - William Karlsson - Reilly Smith

Max Pacioretty - Paul Stastny - Mark Stone

Brandon Pirri - Cody Eakin - Cody Glass

William Carrier - Tomas Nosek - Ryan Reaves

Defensemen:

Brayden McNabb - Shea Theodore

Jon Merrill - Brad Hunt

Jake Bischoff - Deryk Engelland

Goaltenders:

Marc-André Fleury

Oscar Dansk

Mark Stone is one player to keep an eye out for as he tries to keep accumulating points. He has 6 goals and 13 points in 10 games this season.

On the Chicago team, watch out for Kirby Dach, the 3rd overall pick in the 2019 NHL entry draft, as he plays his second game in the NHL tonight and will have an offensive role as the 2nd line center playing with Patrick KAne. Robin Lehner will be the starting netminder for the Blackhawks with Corey Crawford who is struggling early on this season as backup.

Get ready for what should be an exciting match.
