A huge steal for the Kings.

The Los Angeles Kings got themselves a bit of a steal at the draft.

Most mock drafts had 17-year-old Gabe Vilardi going to the Arizona Coyotes at number seven in the National Hockey League Entry Draft but, after the Coyotes  traded that pick to the Rangers, Vilardi fell all the way to eleven.

The youngster was a huge part of a tremendous Windsor Spitfires season, and is recognized for his incredible work ethic as well as his ability to control the puck in those difficult areas along the boards and behind the net.

A huge pick for the Kings, one that came to them wit ha bit of luck.
