Penguins make a tough call in Game 6.

First and foremost I'd like to say that I don't envy Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Mike Sullivan one bit when it comes to having to make this extremely diffucult choice ahead of an elimination game in the Eastern Conference Finals.

With that said I believe he has made the correct call and on Tuesday he announced through Penguins social media that he would be going with the man who brought him to the dance in Game 6, backup goaltender Matt Murray, who looks like he might not be the backup in Pittsburgh for much longer, assuming he's not already being viewed as the new #1.

There were many who question the decision to start Fleury in Game 5, myself included, and while he certainly can't be blamed for some major defensive breakdowns that led to the Penguins loss, Murray has been better in this stretch of the postseason than Fleury ever was for the Penguins.

With that said, should Murray falter this evening there will be many who question Sullivan's decision, but for what it's worth I believe this was the call Sullivan had to make.
