Team Europe needs him. Team Canada wants him off the ice. And the Boston Bruins have him.

''He's a guy who you don't want to play against,'' Canadian forward Brad Marchand said Monday. ''He's mean. He's big. He's tough. And, he covers a lot of ice.''

Brad Marchand knows what he’s talking about. Luckily for him, they are teammates again after the World Cup of Hockey. But for now, they’re on different sides, going for gold.

''He's way too scary,'' he added, with a grin.

Zdeno Chara’s presence for Team Europe is most valued, as they will lean on him to stop the powerhouse that is Canada and their forwards.

Putting aside Chara’s age, he is still dominant in so many areas.

This will translate itself well when he’s back with the Bruins, along with Marchand and Bergeron, on the same team.
