We have a trade in the National Hockey League.
The San Jose Sharks have officially announced the acquisition of 25-year-old forward Buddy Robinson, 31-year-old forward Zack Stortini and the Ottawa Senators 7th round draft pick in 2017. In exchnage the Sharks have sent 28-year-old forward Tommy Wingels to the Ottawa Senators.
There's little doubt that Wingels is the best player in this deal, and it's a move likely prompted by Ottawa's need to fill gap on their roster left by injured forward Clarke McArthur who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season.
