Toronto Maple Leafs indefinitely suspend one of their goaltenders

Garret Sparks has been suspended indefinitely by the Maple Leafs because he was defending a handicapped person who was being mocked on Facebook.

Sparks is an administrator of a goaltender group on Facebook and didn't appreciate the comments and went right after the person who wrote them. 

Sparks asked where the poerson lives and then said " I want to go to open hockey with you, drag you out to center ice and beat you into a [expletive] pulp until you can’t run that [expletive] little mouth of yours. God, you sound like a 13-year-old girl.” He also added “Girls don’t even whine as much as this guy does." after he was called out for insulting women with his initial comment.

There is no info as to when he will return to the Marlies' lineup. The Leafs will reevaluate his status and will see where they stand next week.
