Veteran wants to be traded no matter what!

Veteran left winger Drew Miller has been playing with the Detroit Grand Rapids for the past three weeks. Of course, as a veteran he is not happy with the situation and he hopes Ken Holland moves him as soon as he can.

That’s what they’ve been trying to do is just wait to see what teams may be looking to add and have a good fit,” Miller said. “No one’s really making a move yet, but I would think that will change as we get closer.

Even though he stated he likes it there, he wants to move no matter what are the Detroit Red Wings plans by March 1st.

Hopefully I get traded,” Miller said, per MLive.. I want to be in the NHL—everyone wants to be there—so we’ll see how it goes.

Drew Miller played 551 games in the NHL with the Anaheim Ducks, the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Detroit Red Wings. He scored 62 goals and registered 59 assists for a total of 121 points. Miller is known as a veteran checking forward who could at best bring some depth on the left wing for a team trying to fill up one spot.
