Trade Rumor : Wings are in the hunt for a top-4 defenseman!

Few big names on the market 

As we get closer to march 1st trade deadline, few names come out as rumors intensify around the Detroit Red Wings. It doesn't seem the Wings are in the hunt for top forward Matt Duchene. That being said, that does not mean they won't move to get a big piece by the trade deadline.

According to top insider Darren Dreger the Detroit Red Wings is a potential landing spot for top defenseman Kevin Shattenkirk from the St-Louis Blues. 

Dreger mentioned that "options Shattenkirk might be willing to consider include the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, Boston Bruins, Detroit Red Wings, San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks, and Colorado Avalanche."

As rumors are also heating up around Tatar and Nyquist, those two players might be an interesting basis to set the conversation between the two team.
