TRADE: Teams have swapped goaltender for University star in minor trade.

Two NHL teams have swapped golies in a minor league deal.

According to Sportsnet's Chris Johnston, the Tampa Bay Lightning have sent forward Adam Wilcox to the Florida Panthers for goaltender Mike McKenna.

Mike McKenna played 26 games this year for the Springfield Thunderbirds posting a .907 save percentage and a 2.87 GAA. while Adam Wilcox played 34 games for the Syracuse Crunch, posting a slightly lower save percentage (0.895) and the same Goal Against Average

Wilcox played within both Nick Bjugstad & Kyle Rau at Minnesota in 2012-13. He was a finalist for the Hobey Baker in 2014.
