One thing is abundantly clear when you watch an NHL hockey game these days… things just aren’t the same as they used to be. Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing is subjective, but it’s hard to argue that the “good old days” weren’t a little more carefree than the present day.
Back in the day the hockey world was FULL of characters both on the ice and in the crowd. Now it’s a game full of millionaires… again both on the ice and in the crowd…
Leave it to a couple Atom goalies from the the Maritimes to teach us all just why exactly we love this sport.
