Update on the Flames' injured players.

Some good news from the Saddledome this morning at Flames' practice.

Forward Michael Frolik was back on the ice with his teammates, wearing a caution no-contact jersey. The Czech forward has been sidelined since December 15 because of an upper-body injury.

Goaltender Karri Ramo who used yesterday as an extra day off to rest was back at practice today. He should get the start for the Flames' next game.

On the other hand, Jiri Hudler wasn't on the ice. He suffered a groin injury on January 2nd and did skate since.

The Flames' next game will be tomorrow at home when the San Jose Sharks will visit.
