UPDATE: Unexpected Changes Made to Defensive Pairings

In a surprising turn of events Brian Campbell of the Chicago Blackhawks seems to be the odd man out for this Friday's game versus the Columbus Blue Jackets.

We should expect to see a Gustav Forsling and Trevor van Riemsdyk pairing for this Friday's match-up in an attempt to mix things up defensively and give TVR a shot in the spotlight while it still lasts.

TVR is currently available for trade by the Blackhawks who are looking for a forward player to replace the star defenseman.

Trevor played all 82 games last season so it is a huge change in pace for him this season barely having any ice time since the preseason ended.
