There are many forms of discipline that come from the National Hockey League but perhaps now is more embarrassing than being publicly outed as a diver.

The latest NHL player to be labeled a diver is Washington Capitals forward Evgeny Kuznetsov who was caught diving during a December 29th match up against the New Jersey Devils, and he has been fined $2,000 dollars as a result according to a report from the league's official website.

It's important to note that players receive a warning prior to being fined, and although the warning is not initially disclosed to the public, we now know that Kuznetsov received his warning for an infraction dating back to October 20th.

Not a good look for the young forward.
