This is a big time trade, and it's even more impactful when you consider where he's going.

According to a breaking report from TSN insider Darren Dreger the Winnipeg Jets have officially traded their captain Andrew Ladd, and Ladd will be reuniting with his former team, the Chicago Blackhawks for a post season run.

We don't have any further details at this time as the news has just broken, however you can periodically refresh this article and we will update the information here as the details of the trade are relased.

It's incredible to think that Chicago has just added a player the level of an Andrew Ladd to what is an already stacked line up.

UPDATE: According to Dreger the details of the trade are as follows.
The Jets will receive Marko Dano a 1st round pick in 2016, and a conditional pick which has not yet been revealing, in exchange going back the other way are obviously Andrew Ladd as well as Matt Fraser and Jay Harrison. Winnipeg will also be retaining 36% of Ladd's salary.

UPDATE: The conditional pick is a third round pick in 2018 if Chicago wins the Cup.
