What the Kings will look to do after the All Star break

The Kings can definitely say they like where they are at coming out of the All Star break. One year removed from just missing out on the playoffs, the Kings are back on top of the Pacific division and hold a nice 7 point cushion.

So what will the Kings look to do during the toughest part of the season?

They currently have 63 points in 49 games. If they use the 99 points the Jets had to earn themselves the last wild card spot last season, the Kings would need 36 points to reach that mark over their final 33 games. They would have to go at least 18-15-0 to reach that mark. Not the hardest of tasks, as long as they continue their solid play, the Kings should be back to where they belong. The Stanley Cup playoffs!
