Wheeler rips a snapshot home in OT!

Sometimes you just have to put the puck on your best players' stick and let him do the rest.

Blake Wheeler came off the bench 50 seconds into overtime while Bryan Little had the puck just inside the offensive blueline. Little passed the puck over to Wheeler who went towards the right circle and then ripped a snapshot low blocker side on Pekka Rinne. The goal broke the Jets' 3 game losing streak.

It has been a tough season for the Jets but Wheeler has been a bright spot for the team. He has 43 points in 44 games and had become a true leader on and off the ice. He also added a nice assist on the Little goal.
