Everyone expected a hard fought battle between the Penguins and the Capitals tonight and both teams are absolutely delivering. Amazing goals and slick plays are the norm, but one nasty sequence left one guy down on the ice.
Early in the second, Ian Cole absolutely crushed Tom Wilson on the board in a dangerous sequence.
Ouch! Wilson stayed in the game following the hit, but everyone thought the same thing : CONCUSSION.
Hopefully, he will be fine.
