The Rangers are in Ottawa tonight as they get set to face off against the Senators. Earlier this week, The Blueshirts earned a great 4-1 win over the Washington Capitals who stand at the top of the league standings.

This evening, the Rangers will be looking to build on that success with a win in Ottawa. Achieving this would mean that Henrik Lundqvist would earn his 455th career win in the NHL which would place him at number 5 on the all-time list ahead of Curtis Joseph.

Artemi Panarin will seek to continue his remarkable streak of form. Panarin has 7 goals and 12 assists in his last 12 games. He will once again feature on first offensive line alongside Ryan Strome and Jesper Fast.

After their successful outing at MSG on Wednesday, coach Quinn has decided to keep the exact same line combinations and defensive pairings that got the W against the Capitals.

Here is the Rangers' projected lineup for tonight's game against the Sens according to NHL.com correspondent Callum Fraser:

Forwards:

Artemi Panarin - Ryan Strome - Jesper Fast

Chris Kreider - Filip Chytil - Pavel Buchnevich

Brendan Lemieux - Brett Howden - Kaapo Kakko

Tim Gettinger - Greg McKegg - Brendan Smith

Defensemen:

Libor Hajek - Jacob Trouba

Brady Skjei - Tony DeAngelo

Ryan Lindgren - Adam Fox

Goaltenders:

Henrik Lundqvist

Alexandar Georgiev

Michael Haley is set to be the only healthy scratch tonight. Quinn confirmed that Mika Zibanejad would not yet be back before the end of the weekend, but it is understood that his return from injury is imminent. Marc Staal is also recovering from an injury and will be sidelined again tonight.

After a very difficult start to their season the Ottawa Senators are finding ways to win. They will look for their 7th victory in 9 games tonight. Jean-Gabriel Pageau is one to watch out for tonight. He has 10 goals in his last 10 games.

Great Hockey ahead!
