Young star reportedly close to return after serious injury at World Juniors.

The Maple Leafs caught a tough break during the World Juniors, losing blossoming young star William Nylander to a serious injury.

It's been a long time with many fans wondering when Nylander would return, after all although he has yet to make a major impact at the NHL level, Nylander was dominating the AHL as the league's leading scorer prior to his injury.

Although it's not yet official, it does appear that Nylander is now well on his way to making his return, and in fact TSN's Jonas Siegel is reporting that Nylander should return in one of the two games scheduled for the Marlies this week-end.
