Tomorrow afternoon former NHL stars Dave Andreychuk, Paul Kariya, Teemu Selanne and Mark Recchi will officially be inducted into the Hockey Fall of Fame. The 2017 class is a stellar one, no doubt, but next season is full of even more intriguing names.

It almost goes without saying that New Jersey Devils legend Martin Brodeur will be inducted in his first year of eligibility. But what about former Tampa Bay Lightning superstar Martin St. Louis? He’ll be eligible for the first time next season. He’s a two-time Art Ross Trophy winner and also a Hart Memorial Trophy winner and, of course, a Stanley Cup winner.

Entering his second year of eligibility is former Ottawa Senators captain Daniel Alfredsson. With few individual awards and no Stanley Cups though… will he make the grade?

Other notable players still awaiting the HOF nod include Pierre Turgeon, Alex Mogilny, Curtis Joseph, Jeremy Roenick and Theoren Fleury. Any chance that we see these ‘90s superstars finally get their due?
