Alexandre Fortin has done nothing but impress the Chicago Blackhawks coaching staff and fans.  Being able to maintain a spot during the training camp until now is quite the accomplishment and after last nights’ performance vs the Red Wings he is more appealing than ever before.

Fortin started with Patrick Kane and Artem Anisimov last night and was able to lock down a third period goal and assisted Richard Panik’s power-play goal.

The young prospect is still here with one preseason game left against the St. Louis Blues on Saturday, October 8th, before the start of the 2016-2017 NHL regular season.

Take a look at this clip of Alexandre Fortin talking about his experience from last nights 6-1 win over the Detroit Red Wings
