Breaking: Another Bruin goes down after a big hit from behind.

The Boston Bruins really can't catch a break. 

With both veteran forward Patrice Bergeron and veteran forward David Backes making their return to the line up on Thursday night it seemed like finally the Bruins were getting some good news on the injury front, but it didn't last long.

Less than half way through the very first period, 23-year-old center Frank Vatrano left the game after he was drilled from behind by Vancouver Canucks defenseman Erik Gudbranson.

Gudbranson was awarded a 5 minute major for the hit and the Bruins responded by scoring three goals on that power play but that will be little consolation if Vatrano is out of the line up for any length of time.
