Breaking: Motte furious after taking a nasty slash from his own teammate.

That's one way to get your teammates to hate you. 

On Tuesday night 22-year-old Columbus Blue Jackets center Tyler Motte was absolutely furious on the bench, and rightfully so, after he took a vicious slash to the hand from his very own teammate.

The incident occurred when 24-year-old Blue Jackets forward Boone Jenner decided to vent his frustration by smashing his stick hard against the boards, only he never made contact with the boards.

Instead Jenner's stick came crashing down full force on Motte's hand, pinning it between the stick and boards, in a move that could have easily resulted in a serious hand injury or even a broken hand for Motte. 

I'm willing to bet Motte will have some harsh words for Jenner after this game is over.
