Brutal turnover from Crosby gives the Flames an early lead.

It was a rather uncharacteristic mistake from the Pittsburgh Penguins captain.

On Tuesday night the Calgary Flames were gifted an early 1-0 lead when Sidney Crosby had a brutal give away in the Flames zone, leading to a breakaway opportunity for Michael Ferland.

Full credit to Ferland on this play, he worked to strip Crosby of the puck and he also had the finish to put the puck past Penguins goalie Matt Murray but this is one that Crosby will want back.
