Former NHL goalie and former NHL forward drop the gloves.

A former Stanley Cup Championship winning goaltender and a former National Hockey League forward had enough of each other this week when they engaged in a very brief exchange.

In a match up between Geneve Servette HC and Lausanne HC of the Swiss League, former Montreal Canadiens and Chicago Blackhawks goalie Cristobal Huet engaged in a very brief fight with former Carolina Hurricanes center Nathan Gerbe.

Huet, the goalie, was clearly the aggressor as he threw off his glove and blocker and immediately began attacking Gerbe. Gerbe in fact only managed to get one of his gloves off before he turtled up after taking a few shots to the face.

This led to both players going down to the ice rather quickly, and it's not likely to be a career highlight for either man.
