Recap: MTL 1, PHI 3

The Philadelphia Flyers were visiting the what so called red hot Montreal Canadiens last night. No need to say that the Flyers were hungry and they did not left any spaces for Montreal's players on the ice. Claude Giroux tied the game with a power-play goal and Matt Read gave the Flyers a lead they would not relinquish in a 3-1 win at home

What they said after the game

"I consider myself a religious guy," Read said. "I know things are going to change and I trust the guy upstairs to give me another opportunity to score a goal."

"He put it in a good spot, right in the top corner," said Price on Matt Read's shot. "It was a really good shot." 

"I thought tonight [the Couturier] line, they went out and they won a heck of a lot more shifts then they didn't." said coach Dave Hakstol
