The Pittsburgh Penguins and Edmonton Oilers engage in a back and forth battle on Friday night and regulation as well as the overtime period weren't enough to determine a winner.

Thanks in-large part to a heroic overtime save from Marc-Andre Fleury, the Penguins and Oilers went to the shoot out and the outcome came down to three of the National Hockey League's top forwards.

Penguins captain Sidney Crosby opened up the scoring in the shoot out, a goal that put all the pressure on Oilers captain Connor McDavid who needed to score to keep his team alive. While McDavid did manage to beat Fleury, Phil Kessel had the final word.
