McDavid sent crashing into the net by his own teammate during practice.

24-year-old Edmonton Oilers defenseman Oscar Klefbom may have just become the most unpopular players on his team, at least temporarily.

On Wednesday Klefbom got a little too physical with Edmonton Oilers superstar forward Connor McDavid and as a result he sent the Oilers captain crashing into the net very hard.

It looks like McDavid was shaken up on the play, however we haven't heard anything in regards to a potential injury, and that is likely very good news for Klefbom. 

Had McDavid been injured on this play, it may have legitimately ended his time with the Oilers.
