So much for keeping your head up.

On Friday night Winnipeg Jets forward Nikolaj Ehlers found out the hard way that keeping your head up can be just as bad as having your head down. Ehlers was staring straight up at the lights looking for the puck when Ryan Reeves gave him the harsh lesson.

The St. Louis blues bruiser leveled Ehlers with a big hit as he was trying to bat the puck back into play with his hand, and unfortunately for Ehlers it looked like he took Reeves' helmet right in the face as a result of the impact.
