Oilers coach Todd McLellan chews out his team at practice.

There's no sugar coating the fact that the Edmonton Oilers have been a major disappointment this season both internally as far as the organization's expectations are concerned as well as externally when it comes to expectations their fans had for this season.

Through it all however head coach Todd McLellan has remained stoic never showing a crack in his armor, but on Thursday during an Oilers practice the Oilers coach unleashed a profanity-laced tirade on his players. 

We won't repeat what McLellan had to say to his players here, but thankfully you don't have to take our word for it because someone captured a video of the entire thing. 

He uses the typical approach of calling into question both the desire and personal motivation of his players while pointing to the fact that there are 30 other teams getting better each day while the Oilers flounder.
