Girardi buries nifty SHG
Watch Dan Girardi gathers the puck from the top of the circle and unleashes a long wrist shot that beats Sergei Bobrovsky for a shorthanded goal. That was Girardi's 4th of the season. After the game, head coach John Tortorella wan't happy with the way his team play that game against his former team.
"I'm not upset with a bunch of minutes we played," Blue Jackets coach John Tortorella said. "I just don't like the free stuff we gave."
"I thought we outplayed them the entire game and we just let them hang around, hang around. That's a good team. They feel like they still have a chance to be in it and they made us pay tonight." - Blue Jackets captain Nick Foligno
