The injury bug that has been going around the league seems to have stopped in Pittsburgh. The Pens lost another key player to injury who was a late scratch before the game against the Devils.
Chris Kunitz has a foot fracture and might miss up to two weeks.
This comes at a bad time. The wing position in Pittsburgh is getting thin. The Pens have already lost Pascal Dupuis for the season and Beau Bennett has also gone down with an injury. On top of these three being injured. Kris Letang was also placed on IR today.
Let's hope these injuries heal quickly and they all return to the lineup quickly.
