I think it is safe to say that the Bruins blue line has been decimated by injury so far this year. Only two players have not been injured and one of which missed enough games last year due to injury that he should get an exemption from injury this year.
Even with all these injuries, the B's have won their last 4 games an 5 of 6. One of the big reasons is how much Dougie Hamilton has stepped up with all the injuries to the back end. He has been playing big minutes and has been chipping in offensively with 10 points in 15 games.
Now for the good news. Torey Krug might be back in the lineup Monday against the Devils. As reported by the Bruins Official Website, there is definitely a good chance Krug is back tomorrow. It still has to be talked about within the team, but it's a relief to finally have some good injury news for a change.
