Hawks can't get by Central rival Preds

If we said this game was a battle for top spot in the Central, most people would have doubted it, but yes the Nashville Predators are having quite an impressive start to the season. They remain undefeated in regulation and got by the Hawks due to a James Neal natural hat trick. Ben Smith opened the scoring but then the Neal show took over. Neal scored in each period and Andrew Shaw scored with just over 7 minutes to play in the third but that was all she wrote. Chicago will now take their 4-1-1 record into St. Louis on Saturday to face the Blues for the first time since sending them home in seven games in the playoffs last year.
