Injury update for Benoit Pouliot is not good

The news isn't good, Benoit Pouliot will miss 5-6 weeks after breaking his foot during the game Friday against the Devils. This is not good news for the Oilers. Times are tough enough without losing keep players to injury. Taylor Hall comes back and this happens. Pouliot had done a good job in filling in for Hall while playing with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Jordan Eberle. Time for someone else in the lineup to step up and replace Pouliot. Pouliot had gotten off to a slow start but had picked up his play recently, the promotion to the top line seemed to have given him some life. photo credit: keystone
