Update on Roman Polak injury

The news regarding the knee injury to Roman Polak is not good. The Leafs will lose their leading shot blocker and leading body checker for the next 4 weeks. Polak suffered the injury Saturday against the Detroit Red Wings. The Leafs have called up defenseman Korbinian Holzer from the Toronto Marlies to cover the loss of Polak. This is just another bump in the road for the Leafs with all the craziness swirling around the team in the past week. There are lots of rumors surrounding the team, perhaps a move might be made to compensate for the loss of Polak.
