Yet another suspension handed down

The NHL Department of Player Safety has been very busy as of late. There have been many questionable hits in what has become a trend as of late. This is definitely not a trend the NHL wants to continue. Jordan Nolan has been given a 2 game suspension due to his hit on Darren Helm last Friday. Nolan ended up hitting Helm from behind and Helm hit his face into the glass. Nolan was given a 2 minute minor penalty for boarding on the play. Let's hope that this rash of dirty hits stops. At least the NHL has been on top of things with all the suspensions handed down.
