This just in, the Anaheim Ducks have signed free agent goaltender Alex Stalock to a one year contract worth $800,000.
The 36 year old netminder played last season with the Chicago Blackhawks, going 9-15-2 with two shutouts in 24 starts. He managed a 3.01 goals against average and .908 save percentage with a very poor Blackhawks team. In total the St. Paul, Minnesota native has played 179 career NHL games split between the Blackhawks, San Jose Sharks and Minnesota Wild.
