They keep adding up. On Friday, the NHL announced that that due to current attendance restrictions in certain Canadian cities, eight additional games will be rescheduled for dates later in the season when such restrictions may be eased or lifted.
9 more games have been postponed, affecting nine teams in total. On top of the postponed games mentioned here below, the New York Islanders-Seattle game on Tuesday, Jan. 4 in Seattle is postponed due to the Islanders three other road game postponements.
