This just in, veteran NHL goalie Aaron Dell has reportedly signed a professional tryout (PTO) contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets.
Dell split last season between the San Jose Sharks and their AHL affiliate San Jose Barracuda, playing 42 games total. He's also played for the Bufffalo Sabres, New Jersey Devils and Toronto Maple Leafs over the course of is now decade long pro career. He'll expected to compete for the third slot in the Blue Jackets' goaltending lineup behind Elvis Merzlikins and Daniil Tarasov.
