Adam Erne's dirty elbow could cost him big time

Don’t be surprised to see Edmonton Oilers forward Adam Erne receive a call from the National Hockey League Department of Player Safety thanks to his actions on Wednesday night against the Seattle Kraken.

His elbow to the face of Seattle's Pierre-Edouard Bellemare received only a two-minute minor infraction, but it stands to reason that he could be facing a steeper penalty.
