Alex Ovechkin reportedly racked up 33 traffic fines in Russia this summer

According to multiple online reports, Washington Capitals captain and future Hockey Hall of Famer Alex Ovechkin racked up 33 traffic violations this offseason while living in his native Russia.
The violations were reportedly mostly parking infractions and speeding violations.
Something tells me that Ovi can afford $1,000 USD in speeding tickets... that's just the offseason cost of doing business.
