Over the last few seasons Montreal Canadiens enforcer Arber Xhekaj has established quite the reputation for himself as one of the National Hockey League's most feared and respected enforcers, a reputation that has taken a great deal of work to cement.

Over that period of time Xhekaj has shown no fear and has taken on all customers regardless of their relative size or strength, including much bigger men such as New York Rangers enforcer Matt Rempe.

So how exactly did Xhekaj come to be so big and tough? Well the simple answer to that question would be a good breakfast. Or perhaps mom would be the better answer to the question.

On Saturday, Xhekaj's mother took to social media to do a little boasting of her own and revealed what exactly fuels her sons, both Arber as well as his brother Florian, after a hard workout in the morning. According to Simona Xhekaj, she prepares her sons a massive breakfast that consists of 5 eggs, several pieces of steak, a bunch of bacon, cheese, strawberries, cucumber, tomatoes, peaches and more.

If that sounds absurd to you don't worry, the picture of all the food she prepares looks even more absurd than the list does. It also just so happens to look absolutely delicious, and you can see the feast she laid out for her boys just below:

Xhekaj comes in at 6 feet 4 inches tall and now tips the scales at over 240 lbs of muscle, and it's easy to see why considering the hard work that mom has been putting in to keep her boys strong.
