Enough about the All Star game, it's time for the Chicago Blackhawks to hit back the ice and head into the last stretch of the season. The Chicago Blackhawks will be facing the San Jose Sharks on Tuesday night.

Gustav Forsling was actually returning to Chicago for the weekend, make a quick stop back at his apartment and prepared his luggage to go back with the Rockford IceHogs. Instead, he ended up on a flight to join the team as head coach Joel Quenneville wanted him to stay with the Chicago Blackhawks. He's also expected to play the Sharks on Tuesday.

""This was a great surprise," Forsling said

Coach Quenneville also had a few kind words regarding his young Swedish defenseman : "He has a lot of upside to his game that we want to see and hopefully we get to see it quickly here."

Rockford coach Ted Dent also went in the same direction by incensing what Forsling can bring to the game : "just a presence of poise for us back there as far as with the puck, being able to make plays under pressure, not panic and really generate offense and join the rush off the back end"
