Auston Matthews suffers 'upper body' injury at practice today
Head coach Craig Berube meets with the media for an injury report.
Toronto Maple Leafs captain Auston Matthews has suffered an apparent minor 'upper body' injury in practice today.
TSN insider Mark Masters was at the rink when he reported that Matthews had left the ice early.
Leafs head coach Craig Berube was asked by media members for an injury update, but all Berube would say was that the injury was 'not serious' and that Matthews 'should be fine.'
From Berube:
Standby for a further report on Matthews' status, as information becomes available.
