This just in, the Colorado Avalanche and Pittsburgh Penguins have hooked up on a small trade today.

The Avs have acquired Valtteri Puustinen and Pittsburgh's own 7th Round pick in the 2026 NHL Draft from the Penguins in exchange for Ilya Solovyov.

Puustinen has not played in the NHL this season, while Solovyov has played 16 games, picking up one goal and three points.
