Beyond incredible shot blocking sequence thrills fans at LCA
Was this crazy or what?
This may be the most insane sequences that Detroit Red Wings fans have seen in quite a long time.
Red Wings forwards Adam Erne and Robby Fabbri turned into human shot blocking machines during the third period of tonight's game against the Florida Panthers at Little Caesars Arena, along with a few key saves from goaltender Alex Nedeljkovic in a sequence that can only be described as crazy:
Of course, the ridiculous sequence would eventually lead to Pius Suter's first goal as a member of the Red Wings, tipping a shot from Moritz Seider past goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky to knot the score at 2-2 late in the 3rd.
Unfortunately for the Red Wings, the Panthers would take the game in overtime thanks to a nifty backhander from captain Aleksander Barkov. Regardless, what a thrilling game at the LCA tonight in the Motor City!
