Tonight will be an exhibition game for both the Toronto Maple Leafs and their opponents the Montreal Canadiens, however it may be as close to a real game as we are gonna see in the preseason.

According to a report from Sportsnet insider Mark Spector, both the Maple Leafs and the Montreal Canadiens will be fielding their rosters at full power tonight, with Spector even stating that the group that hits the ice for Toronto tonight is likely to be their opening day roster.

This means that once the Leafs hit the ice this evening we will likely have a better idea of what the final cuts will look like from head coach Mike Babcock and company.

One additional note, the Canadiens will be without Jonathan Drouin who has suffered some form of injury earlier today.
