There's no sugar coating it, the Blackhawks have been in very poor form as of late with just a single win in their last seven contests. Thankfully it appears the Blackhawks line up will get a boost right when it needs it most.
According to a report from Blackhawks TV reporter Eric Lear Blackhawks forward Marcus Kruger will be making his long-awaited return to the Chicago line up after missing more than three months as a result of a dislocated wrists. Despite the lengthy absence Kruger was originally projected to miss four months, so his return actually comes ahead of schedule.
Kruger will not play just his 34th game of the season when the Blackhawks take on the Calgary Flames in Calgary on Saturday.
